The Art & History Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that aims to create a new and different space and theoretical approach for artistic creation. Its main activities consist in the detection, recording, and investigation of the cultural values of the past. Part of this mission is the FOTOTEKA project, which attempts to discover, collect and publish the photographic heritage in Albanian territories from the end of the 19th century to the end of the totalitarian regime.
